Hungama Bombay Ishtyle is a charming children’s film produced by the Children’s Film Society, India, and directed by Siraj Ayesha Sayani. The film follows Mani, a wealthy young girl who runs away from home and finds friendship among a spirited group of Bombay street kids. Together, they face off against scheming adults in a fun, fast-paced urban adventure.

Pearl Padamsee played the memorable role of the villainous “Aunty,” showcasing her flair for character work. The film also features early performances by Amrish Puri and Naseeruddin Shah, and is remembered for its humor, heart, and lively portrayal of Bombay in the 1970s.
